Okay, the fresher the tofu, the better it tastes (unless you are talking about stinkin' tofu, but that's another story). Now look at that, doesn't that look FRESH?!
The tofu freshness rating is what this site uses to measure reviews done on anything. From restaurants, movies, plays, events, shoes. Whatever I review, a rating will be given. The fresher, better!!
